I'm in! How do I sign up?

Call us at 434.296.6776 or request a free consultation online. We’ll respond with a short questionnaire, and once you return it completed a Mo Pro will contact you.

How far ahead do I need to schedule a Mo Pro workout at my house?

While we are both responsive and adaptable, give us at least 24 hours notice so you get the time that fits your schedule.

If a Mo Pro comes to my house, how much space do we need for the workout?

Toss out your dining table and chairs and we’re ready to roll! Seriously, keep the table and chairs but give us about that much room in your home. We really don’t need much room to get you fit.

Where is the fitness studio and how do I get there?

What hours are the Mo Pros available?

5:30am until 10:00pm but don’t get all crazy on us. We’re flexible but we need some sleep to be at our most awesome.

What are the studio hours?

M-F: 530AM-730PM, Sat/Sun: 8am-130pm

What do I need to bring to the studio?

Nothing but your fitness-hungry self.

Do you have locker room and showers at your studio?

Yes and yes

What is MY BODY MY PACE?

It is your body and you have the ability to control your pace, intensity, frequency, etc. It is our job to support you and give you the best shot of sustainable results.

Where did you get the 'MO" from?

The founders last name begins with MO and we are MOdest MOral MObile MOtivators on the MOve looking for the MOst out of life!!!....say that 10 times.

What is the largest number of people a group workout can accommodate?

The group size is contingent on the space available in your home or office. We can instruct for small or large groups. Please contact us to discuss specific group numbers. The studio group limit is 20 people.
