The gym has been a part of Kalil's life since he was fourteen when he started lifting for football. Many years after his "glory days" Kalil found himself in a gym working out with an unwanted 70+lbs of weight. Kalil wanted real change but found only short-lived success through various 12 week workout/diet programs. He then took the time to learn and educate himself on physiology, biology, and nutritional sciences and applied that knowledge to a new look on life. Kalil admits that he is not always the best with eating or the most diligent with his workouts so created "MY BODY MY PACE', healthy living with a realistic twist. Kalil's goal in life is to inspire others to live a life worth living!
